A very small and crowded cottage that had been in the family since the 1940's was replaced with this bright and comfortable waterfront home.  Faced with considerable lot size and existing footprint constraints, the two families that share this new vacation home now enjoy five bedrooms, two family rooms and a beautiful kitchen, all overlooking the bay in Onset, MA.
